Self-Study Online

Work through the 32 lessons on your own schedule. Each lesson ends with a "Try This Today" action step. Open-book final exam — 70% to pass, unlimited retakes.

Live Virtual

4 Half-Day Sessions

Four 4-hour live virtual sessions — for example, mornings across two weeks. Same 8 modules, with exercises adapted for breakout rooms, polls, and chat. Workbook provided digitally.

In Person

2-Day Workshop

Eight hours per day, in person. Modules 1–4 on Day 1, Modules 5–8 on Day 2. Includes slide presentations, group exercises and role-plays, a printed workbook per attendee, and the capstone 90-day action plan session.
